Funding Terms 
General guidelines
Genext, LLC will provide 0.0% Interest, long-term leasing options to selected applicant schools or districts for the purpose of acquiring, upgrading or maintaining high-technology security tools such as video cameras, asset control, intrusion detection or related accessories that are purchased through Genext, LLC or its business partners.
In general, the Genext award may not be used for the following:
- For contributions to general fund drives, annual appeals or federated campaigns
- For the benefit of specific individual
- For contributions to organizations whose policy or practice discriminates against race, ethnic origin, sex, creed or sexual orientation
- For contributions to sectarian or religious organizations whose principal activity is for the benefit of their own members or adherents
- For purchase of goods or services provided by others.
Description of award
Genext, LLC will choose 10 (ten)-award recipient(s) by random selection starting October 1st, 2002 with the final award selected on December 31st 2002.
Selected school(s) will then be pre-approved for up to $100,000.00 USD in Security Technology Equipment & Installation under a long-term, no-interest, in-house leasing program provided by Genext, LLC*
Eligibility requirements
Genext, LLC will accept applications from any individual (except employees of Genext, LLC or its subsidiaries) on behalf of a school or district. The school or district must have been ruled tax exempt and not be a private foundation as defined in Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. The school or district must be located in the United States.
*Additional credit requirements must be meet. Subject to the terms and conditions of Genext, LLC Lease Agreement. Void where prohibited. Contest administrated and governed exclusively by Genext, LLC. Your application is your acceptance to comply with the exclusive decision of Genext, LLC and indemnify and hold harmless Genext, LLC for all maters relating to this offer.
